Ms. Masterson brings over twenty-five years of progressive experience in network engineering, network and IT planning and
implementation, project and program management, product development, business management and cross-functional team
leadership. Ms. Masterson specializes in the design and implementation of voice switching and voice processing systems,
local and wide area networking technologies, data communication systems, and physical security systems. In addition, Ms.
Masterson has extensive experience in business process re-engineering and workflow design, including a pending US Patent
for a workflow application. Ms. Masterson received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from
Clarkson University, and her MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. In additional
to being a member of BICSI and ASIS, Ms. Masterson is an Adjunct Professor in the Rochester Institute of Technology’s (RIT)
Computer, Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering Department, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in
telecommunications policy as well as voice and data network engineering.

Mr. Cohen provides information technology (IT) assessment, design, specification, bid development, bidding support and
installation management services for cabling, voice, data, cable television, point-of-sale, physical security, and related systems.
Mr. Cohen received his MBA in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany, and has
owned and managed several IT businesses. As a management professional, Mr. Cohen is trained to understand and respond
to complex and competitive environments. As a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Mr. Cohen
provides special systems design and implementation services to clients in a wide range of vertical markets including
transportation, K-12, higher education, health care, sports and entertainment, and federal, state and local government.

With over twenty-five years of experience, Mr. Scanga has worked in the financial services, construction, healthcare, and
consulting industries. His technical expertise includes the design, installation, and management of sophisticated voice, data,
audio-visual, and security systems. Mr. Scanga received his MBA, from George Washington University. His background in
business and finance allows him to visualize technology in the context of an overall business environment. Not only is he
able to develop sound technological designs, his solutions are engineered to meet an organization’s business requirements.
Mr. Scanga’s telecommunications consulting expertise is in the areas of design, engineering, installation and project
management of data communications network hardware, local and wide area networks, low voltage cabling systems,
voice communication systems, security and audiovisual systems, as well as RFP development and proposal evaluation.
He currently holds several industry certifications including BICSI's Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
